México recibirá de Argentina principio activo de vacuna AstraZeneca

Argentina enviará hoy hacia México el principio activo de la vacuna de Oxford y AstraZeneca contra la Covid-19

Argentina enviará hoy hacia México el principio activo de la vacuna de Oxford y AstraZeneca contra la Covid-19 para su envasado final. El cargamento del principio activo es equivalente a 6 millones de dósis.

El avión de Aeroméxico –preparado para trasladar hasta 25 toneladas– sale esta noche a las 22:00 horas.

La vacuna de Covid de AstraZeneca tendrá dos facetas. En Argentina comienza la producción a través del hub biotecnológico mAbxience y en México el laboratorio Liomont se encargará de completar el proceso de estabilización, fabricación y envasado del medicamento.

“El Dr. López Gatell dará la información por la tarde”, dijo el canciller Marcelo Ebrard sobre la llegada del principio activo al país.
