El sirio que dejó cuatro heridos en un tren en Alemania fue diagnosticado con esquizofrenia y fue internado en un hospital psiquiátrico

Las autoridades alemanas anunciaron que el sirio autor del ataque con arma blanca con saldo de cuatro heridos y perpetrado el día anterior en un tren de alta velocidad fue internado en un hospital psiquiátrico.

En una primera evaluación, un experto determinó que el autor del ataque, un refugiado político sirio de 27 años que llegó al país en 2014; padece de “esquizofrenia delirante y paranoide” y una fuerte alteración de la responsabilidad penal, dijo a la prensa Gerhard Neuhof, fiscal de Núremberg-Furth, a cargo del expediente.

De acuerdo con el fiscal, el hombre declaró que se sentía perseguido por policías que supuestamente lo vigilaban y buscaban así volverlo loco. Precisó que no había sido objeto de ninguna medida policial en particular.

El atacante fue internado y se encuentra en espera de nuevos exámenes.

“No hay ningún elemento que apunte en dirección de una motivación islamista”, precisó Sabine Nagel, jefa de la policía local.

Los hechos se produjeron la mañana del sábado en un tren de alta velocidad alemán que viajaba entre Baviera (sur) y Hamburgo (norte), con 208 pasajeros.

Alrededor de las 9 de la mañana del pasado 6 de noviembre, de acuerdo con las autoridades; el hombre de 27 años atacó a un hombre de 26 años que iba en su mismo vagón, después atacó a otros dos sexagenarios. Se cambió de vagón y atacó a un hombre de 39 años.

Todos los heridos fueron trasladados a un hospital cercano y se reportan estables.
